Classical Concert by star Flute & Guitar Duo

Meera Maharaj has won many awards including first prize of a Dutch International Flute competition. James Girling studied with world-famous guitarist, Craig Ogden. Together they were finalists of the Royal Overseas League competition and perform regularly in London and countrywide for the Live Music Now scheme. In Newlyn their eclectic programme will include a Flute Sonata of 18th century Georg Telemann, Histoire du Tango of Argentinian composer Astor Piazzolla, an Etude for Guitar of Fernando Sor and the Suite populaire espagnole of Manuel de Falla.
