Cornish hedges are abundant with plant life, some of which can be used and enjoyed in tune with our environment.
Award-winning author on foraging and cooking, Rachel Lambert, will bring her extensive foraging experience to this workshop where participants can enjoy an introduction to the basic principles of what it means to be a 21st century forager, learning about the skills, insights and awareness needed to forage lightly and sustainably alongside nature’s fellow foragers; birds, insects and mammals.

Details
This workshop will run in all weathers. Initially in a barn setting and then out into the landscape. Good walking shoes are required and fitness for rambling the countryside.
