About this event
Come and celebrate the Harvest of the Sea with Polperro Fishermen’s Choir and the Rev Richard Allen on the old Coal Wharf in Polruan. Nearly 100 years ago, the newly-formed choir of the Polperro Fishermen was attracting huge congregations to Harvest of the Sea services, mainly because of their fellow fisherman and inspirational lay preacher, Tommy Mark, who became known as the Fishermen’s Bishop. Come and join the choir on Polruan Coal Wharf to recreate the experience. Everyone is welcome to this free event.
