PK Porthcurno is FREE until March 2021

Discover the amazing story of our interconnected world, from the first undersea telegraph cables to the wonder of today’s internet. Explore our World War II secret bunker where the PK (Porthcurno) telegraph station was hidden underground, and protected by bomb-proof doors. Join us throughout the day for talks and demonstrations on the science and history of world communications, led by expert members of the PK Porthcurno team.

For Lego lovers, see our specially commissioned model of the 1870 cable landing at Porthcurno beach, complete with a tall ship and mini figures. Created by famous Lego designer Warren Elsmore.

Enjoy exploring the coastal path on our doorstep, from the famous Minack outdoor theatre to Logan Rock, taking in PK Porthcurno on the way.

We are a dog friendly and family friendly museum.
