Contemporary Dance Class for Adults.

Oil your joints and get your groove back! Helping you feel more energised and connected with your body, these are a series of sumptuous and relaxed Contemporary Dance classes for anyone who loves to dance.

When:
Thursdays 7.15pm – 8.15pm Free The Body
30 mins of guided movement improvisations (a chance to move freely at your own pace) and 30 mins of a really delicious stretch.

Where: The Oasis Studio, Lostwithiel Community Centre.
Cost: £35 for a 5 week block – payable in advance.
£65 if you book both Just Move & Free the Body
