FREESTYLE DANCE SESSIONS
Dance non stop in your own style, for 1 Hour, in a blacked out room. To the sounds of the 70’s/80’s and 90’s, under Disco & UV lights.
Relive your youth!
Giggle and Wriggle whilst burning up to 500 calories.
Dress up in neon or wear whatever you feel comfortable in, but please wear flat shoes and bring your water.
£7.00 per session. pay on the door.
