About this event

Exercise class, freestyle dance under disco lights.

Disco nonstop, in your own style and pace for 1 hour, in a blackened out room with disco and UV lights (well ventilated). Burn those unwanted calories to the tunes of your youth, from the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s. Giggle and wriggle burning unto 500 calories a session!

No dress code. Dress up or down but please wear flat shoes.
£7 on the door. Please bring a drink.
