About this event

We are Back! Disco dance your beach body back!

Disco nonstop, in your own style and pace for 1 hour, in a blackened out room with disco and UV lights (well ventilated). Burn those unwanted calories to the tunes of your youth, from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Giggle and wriggle burning unto 500 calories a session!

No dress code. Dress up or down but please wear flat shoes.

£7 on the door. Please bring a drink.
