Join us in the secret gin garden in the park with carefully curated gins from Longrock’s Pocketful of Stones distillery and the delightfully exciting Laura & The Jazz Capsule. We’re looking forward to a summer evening of of tantalising Caspyn gins, flavoured with a wide range of exciting extras!
Laura & The Jazz Capsule are a collective of musicians creating music that’s brimming with nostalgia. The band is headed up by Laura Arundell, whose love for artists such as Ella Fitzgerald and Gregory Porter shines through in both her songwriting and musicianship. She is most often backed by seasoned guitarist, Matthew Arundell, with drums, double bass and horns occasionally joining them when that bigger sound and show is needed.
They are usually found harnessing a vintage vibe at festivals, venues and events across the South West, playing their own material alongside 40s jazz classics.
Spot prizes, of course, for the most evocative 40’s costumes!
