Venture into Godolphin House and discover the rich history within the walls of this once great mining powerhouse. Find out more about those who lived here and lives they led, in what was once Cornwall’s largest and finest house.
Join us on the first week of every month, from Saturday 5 – Thursday 10 July as the doors to Godolphin House open to the public. Discover more about one of Cornwall’s most spectacular homes, those who inhabited it and the history of this great mining site.
Every 30 minutes you can join us for a introductory talk about the history of Godolphin to help guide you through your visit.
Godolphin House is open from 10.30am, final entry into the house is 1 hour before closing time.
Normal admission applies and there is no pre-booking.

Accessibility dogs welcome. The upstairs of this property is only accessible via stairs. The property also has an easy-read guide, large-print guide and a visual story. There are uneven floor levels, narrow corridors, and unexpected steps at points in the house. Please refer to our access guide on the homepage for more information.
