Bassets Cove, Tehidy Woods & Portreath Tidal Pool: 8.5K Guided Walk & Dip with Cornish Explorers

Join us for an 8.5K hike exploring sheltered woodlands, dramatic cliffs and the secret tidal baths in the cliffs of Portreath. This circular walk has it’s challenging sections and the views are worth every puffy step. Swim on the optional en-route dip halfway at Portreath tidal pool for an invigorating cold water experience.

Grade: STOMP: a fair pace to get the body moving & some miles under your boots. Scenic snack stops included!
Terrain: Country Park, gravel paths, valley woodland trail, coastal town, steep coastal ascent and descents, breathtaking clifftop scenery, rocky tidal pool access, coastal fields.
Total Ascent: 211m
Distance: ~ 8.5K or 5.3m
