A special performance from Cornwall four-piece Haunt the Woods.
Fowey’s well loved Regatta Week kicks off with a special performance from Cornwall four-piece Haunt the Woods.
With a unique sound that combines progressive rock, alternative folk and spellbinding guitar, set against 4 part vocal harmonies and epic crescendos, with heartfelt and emotional lyrics.
Their influences include Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, Fleet Foxes, Fionn Regan, Jeff Buckley, Damien Rice, City and Colour, Bon Iver, Ben Howard, John Mayer, Bob Marley, Dry The River and Half Moon Run
Their live show really captures the energy and essence of the band, honed through playing main stages of Boardmasters and Port Elliot. They have supported many acts including Sunset Sons and Dry the River and and sell out their bi-monthly residency at the Plymouth Barbican theatre.
In the setting of historic Fowey Church with its wonderful acoustics, a rare and mesmerising night is promised.
This is a fundraiser for Fowey Regatta, all other events are free.
