About this event
Surrounded by old walls, creaking trees and a haunted house, Scorrier’s Drive In cinema is already spooky enough. But add some Halloween classics on the big screen and…
As dark falls on Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 October we will screen two films daily, one for families screening, and another more spooky:
WEDNESDAY 28 OCTOBER
Hocus Pocus
Possibly the best family Halloween film of all time!
Family showing. Gates open 3.30pm.
Halloween (1978)
A sleepy American town on Halloween night in 1963 is plagued by an unnervey haunting in the most classic Halloween film of all time. But dare you watch it with Scorrier’s creepy woods as a backdrop?
Gates open 7.15pm (15 rated).
THURSDAY 29 OCTOBER
The Addams Family
An old house, spooky goings-on and a quirky family… Sounds familiar!
Family showing. Gates open 3.30pm.
Get Out
It started so innocently for Chris, an African-American man, who decided to visit his Caucasian girlfriend’s parents during a weekend getaway. Find out what happened next from the comfort of your car at Scorrier’s Halloween Drive In cinema.
Gates open 7.15pm (15 rated).
The best of Cornwall’s hot food and drinks will be served throughout the night. We also have a bar, popcorn and donuts. And, if Scorrier House (or scarier house) was not spooky enough, we’ve added a few touches to make it even more haunting.
And, of course, fancy dress is encouraged!
