About this event
You are most welcome to join Helen in her ‘Little Orchard’ garden studio in the village of Zelah, between Newquay & Truro.
Helen paints with oils, mixing in mediums, building up many layers of paint & then removing them using various tools to create lovely texture & interest.
She would be happy to share her processes with you; see how she starts a painting, how she uses her favourite tools for making marks & perhaps discuss how she names her paintings.
This is an opportunity to see Helen’s paintings up close & buy direct from the artist, but if you can’t make these times during Cornwall Open Studios, then please do make a mutually agreeable appointment via email any time of the year.

From Shortlanesend, as you go down the hill into Zelah the road bends to the left, we are just on the right after the bend. From the A30, pass Hawkins Arms on the left, go right through the village, after the chicane and layby we are on the left.
