Holistic Her: Neurodivergence

A practical day exploring neurodivergence, business and working differently, with real tools, honest conversations and ideas you can actually use.

HOLISTIC HER: WORKING DIFFERENTLY

Working with your brain, not against it. What if the way you work isn’t the problem?

Holistic Her: Working Differently is a day exploring neurodivergence, business and what happens when we stop trying to force ourselves into ways of working that don’t actually work for us.

Whether you have a formal diagnosis, have suspected for years that your brain works differently, or simply find yourself thinking, “Why does everyone else seem to find this so much easier?”, you’re welcome.

This isn’t a day about labels for the sake of labels. It’s about understanding yourself better and finding practical ways to work with your brain rather than constantly battling it.

We’ll explore what neurodivergence can look like in business, alongside the less obvious ways it can show up in how we plan, communicate, manage energy, deal with overwhelm, make decisions and get things done.

We’ll hear from women with lived experience and specialist knowledge, explore different approaches to working, and look at what can make business feel more manageable, sustainable and less exhausting.

There’ll be space for conversation too. Sometimes it helps to discover that things you’ve assumed were personal failings are experiences other people share.

You do not need to be formally diagnosed or identify as neurodivergent to come along. You might be newly exploring the possibility, work with neurodivergent people, or simply recognise some of the traits in yourself.

Expect practical sessions and tools you can use, real conversations, different perspectives and ideas for adapting how you work. Space to ask questions and compare notes. A room full of women interested in building businesses without leaving the human being running them behind.

No awkward networking. No pretending we’ve all got it figured out!

A day to think differently! about how you work, what you need, and what might happen when you stop fighting your own brain.
