About this event
n the current iteration of consensus reality, Honeyboy manifest as: the ever abrasive Mr. John Bell (the putative brains of the outfit) and his eternally emollient amanuensis Mr Brian Cahill (the talented one). They exist in order to – record esoteric rituals of aural combobulation; perform Dionysian ceremonies of mutual solipsistic exorcism; celebrate the numinous mundane. Like Wild Aunt Rose, betimes, they are tempted to place their hands under the metaphorical bed clothes and gently massage unmentionable achings. Taxonomically speaking, they are neither fish, nor fowl, nor good red herring; nevertheless they float, they fly, they deceive.
They will be supported by Auntie Jazz and The Mags who are a local electronic fizzy pop combo. Formed to fill 30 minutes of a Ukraine Charity gig in May. Often described as the third best band in Lostwithiel. In other guises AJATM have their own radio show, songs on BBC6 Music/Radio X and a 2.5 star B&B rating.
Food will be available to purchase on the night & as always veggies/vegan/gluten free options will be available. Menu TBC.
