Introduction to modern calligraphy

Discover the art of modern calligraphy in this friendly and accessible workshop at the Gardeners’ House. Perfect for beginners, we’ll start by breaking down the basic strokes before working our way through the alphabet—step by step—so you can build the skills and confidence to create your own beautiful lettering.

By the end of the session, you’ll be ready to start designing cards, tags, and more, adding a personal touch to your celebrations.

All equipment is supplied, including your own brush pen and practice worksheets to take home so you can keep exploring and developing your calligraphy style.
