In a ‘cook-along’ format, you’ll make a starter and main course to enjoy with a glass of wine.

We change our recipes seasonally but the type of dishes you may enjoy are:

Canapé – Sundried tomato arancini

Starter – Pasta alla carbonara

Main – Chicken saltimbocca & sautéed courgettes with lemon & mint

Dessert – Tiramisu
