Celebrating International Women's Day - the 15th charity cabaret for age 14+

Fifteen years and still going strong!

Brought to you by a small, dedicated team of women who believe we are always worth celebrating, expect a diverse programme of music, dance, spoken word, comedy, silly skits, circus and random surprises, all seamlessly introduced by our marvellous Mary MCs.

Not to be missed, Natasha Kozaily, who swapped San Diego, and the incredible limelight of being a core member of the international sensation that was Baby Bushka (the Kate Bush experience of your dreams) and the Kalabash School of Music and the Arts, for sharing her musical and performance gifts with us here. Look out for Kalabash Cornwall!

Indie-pop singer-guitarist, Haemoor grrrrl Nell Davies, has been ripping it up on the local music scene , describing her current EP, The End of the World or Whatever, as ‘six songs of rage, mild disappointment and excellent life advice’. What’s not to like?

Described as a ‘daffy, Cornish bumpkin’, don’t be fooled by the accent as Anna Keirle’s piercing wit is pure comedic genius. No stranger to the stand-up and festival circuit, she is pant-wettingly funny, an award-winning comedienne, writer and actress, and one of the cast in BBC Radio 4’s Wosson Cornwall mini-series.

And by special request, the poignant beauty and messaging that is contemporary dance piece, ‘Everybody Supports Women’, performed by the stunningly talented South West Movement.
