Shallal Dance Theatre is a unique group of people. It has often been called the main company ‘mother ship’ from which all else in the local arts charity Shallal have sprung from.
All the tunes are chosen, the dancers define the performance as it goes along.
It is an improvised performance, giving it the magic of spontaneity
nothing is set except – the music choices and poetry/spoken word.
