reviving Endangered languages, One Kinder Egg at a Time: Penzance Litfest presents Keith Kahn-Harris.

Deep inside every Kinder Surprise Egg, there is a small piece of paper, covered on both sides with safety warnings in different languages. Keith Kahn-Harris, sociologist and author of The Babel Message: A Love Letter to Language, will give an entertaining talk on the power of language and how simple words can be interpreted in so many different ways. He will also share the Kinder Surprise warning in Cornish as well as the other languages of the UK.
