About this event
Over the last few weeks, Hannah and the residents have used collage, movement and drawing to explore how public transport affects our lives and our connection to each other, and document the interesting and significant journeys in their lives.
Practicalities: The site is wheelchair accessible.
Hannah Jacobs works across dance, writing and visual art.
In 2025, she choreographed, performed and produced her own show, –through the green and by the blue–, all about journeys made on public transport. She’s interested in how art can help us appreciate mundane stories, and how real-life conversations fuel creativity.
She has performed at venues such as the Minack Theatre and the Eden Project, and loves creating site-specific work.
She has worked with the inclusive arts company Shallal, Cscape Dance Company, Hooligan Art Community and Falmouth Art Gallery. She teaches for AMATA Arts Centre, Hall for Cornwall, Sterts Theatre and the Minack Theatre.
Hannah uses dance and creativity as her way to understand the world and find connection with others. She loves sharing her enthusiasm for movement with others in her workshops and classes, and showing people that art is for all of us.
