There’s no pressure to pitch, no awkward introductions, just a welcoming space for individuals to work on their business and build genuine connections. In this workshop, you’ll hear from three expert speakers, each leading their own interactive session focused on different aspects of leadership & management. From practical strategies for communicating clearly and setting expectations, to simple ways to motivate your team, handle tricky situations, and lead with confidence, you’ll walk away with plenty of inspiration and actionable advice to help you grow as a leader.

This is a relaxed, supportive space for anyone looking to strengthen their leadership and management skills. Throughout the workshop, you’ll have the chance to ask questions, share your experiences, join in group discussions, and connect naturally with others who are learning how to lead and manage people, too.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll also receive an Insider Info Pack – your handy guide packed with contact details of all our speakers, useful resources, and extra tips to help you develop your leadership and management skills. It’s everything you need to keep learning, stay connected, and continue to grow as a leader after the event!
