Life not quite the way you want it? Learn to re-create it this 23-24 September

How can you become the version of yourself you intuitively know is within you? How can you improve your well-being so you’re better able to flourish? How can you identify what really matters – and what you just need to give up on – so you’ve an accurate compass to guide you in future decisions about your life and future direction.

On this course you and four others will answer these questions – and more – quickly, effectively, and enjoyably. Guided by Mark, your course leader and host, you’ll learn, and discover, through discussion, coaching, training, and exercises, at your comfortable venue and on walks in Falmouth.

Programme:

Saturday (Day 1)

9.30am – Introduction
9.45am – Your personal development goals
10.15am – Part 1 Restore. Discussion and exercises on overcoming ways you’re held back including:
> Emotional Baggage
> Self-limiting Beliefs
12.30pm Lunch (please bring your own)
1.30pm – Self-sabotage
2.30pm – Walk and talk
4.00pm – Part 2 Become a healthier, happier, flourishing human. Discussion and exercises on how to improve your well-being covering diet, movement, and rest.
5.00pm – Wrap up to Day 1

Sunday (Day 2)

10.00am – Introduction
10.15am – Flourishing
11.45am – Meaning & Purpose (compass building)
12.45am – Pasty lunch (or bring your own)
1.30pm – Walk & talk
2.30pm – What really matters
3.30pm – Making the changes
4.00pm – Wrap up to Day 2 and the weekend

Course includes:
> Refreshments and snacks (tea, coffee, biscuits etc).
> Pasty lunch on the Sunday.

Cost: ONLY £60
Cost is £80 if you wish to attend the final part of the course on Monday from 9.30am to 1.00pm in which you’ll be offered coaching to help you achieve your goals from the weekend.

This is a special trial price to account for it being a pilot. Accommodation not provided but is available at an extra cost.
