About this event
Connect to the Earth, Waters & Full Moon Energy in Yoga, Ceremony & Sacred Sound
Join us for a nature-led yoga retreat from Friday 5th to Sunday 7th September at St Nectan’s Glen and Waterfall – an entrancing temperate rainforest on North Cornwall’s stunning Atlantic coast near Tintagel.
Move in rhythm with dawn mists, your body awakening through gentle movement as birdsong weaves through the air. Sit in sacred silence by a thundering waterfall where the waters have carved stone for millennia, feeling centuries of stories speak through your cells. Meet by fire in Piscean moon energy and reconnect with feeling fully, wildly alive in an activated dream time. Becoming still enough to hear the whispers of ancient trees and feel peace.
——–
As part of a gentle flow of activations the core pillars of our weekend will be led by our Scaravelli-inspired yoga teachers, Laura Griffin and Kizzy Bramley, with Sound & Gong Bath and Co-Created Ceremony by Kate Lewis and Juliette Findlay.
Our experiences include:
Scaravelli-inspired yoga – a gentle yet profound approach to Hatha yoga using gravity, breath, and natural movement to release tension by listening to the body
Waterfall Ritual – exclusive after hours access to immerse in energising waters
Gongs & Sound Bath – journey with gongs, pure crystal singing bowl frequencies & beautiful resonant instruments
Firepit & Full Moon Ceremony – Molten Chocolate & Non Alcohol Elixirs
World Goddess Day – our last day, Sunday, coincides with St Nectan’s Glen own celebrations to honour the Divine Mother in community where all members of the public are welcomed.
Our retreat is limited to 11 guests, ensuring a warm connection and support within our elemental circle.
Accommodation is sharing only in beautiful eco Lodges. The delicious Plant-based meals included are prepared by Chef Tim Flower of the Tree of Life Cafe. Prices are from £565pp. Payment plans available.
