Join us for Lobster On The Lawn, a cracking seafood celebration at The Alverton this summer.

On Friday 6th September, our chefs will be rolling out a lobster feast, with all the trimmings. Caught locally in the Cornish waters, tuck into our succulent lobster, served al fresco style on our outdoor terrace, overlooking The Alverton gardens.

Arrive in style to a flute full of freshly-poured bubbles to sip on as you take your seat on our sun-soaked terrace. Of course, Lobster on the Lawn wouldn’t be complete without the star of the show. Sourced from the pristine waters of Truro’s circling coastlines, from lobster pot to plate, savour the freshest seafood tasting experience of the summer.

Our Head Chef, Ollie Wyatt, is expertly trained in preparing delights caught from our Cornish oceans, and this particular menu heroes the nation’s favourite crustacean – the lobster. Seen as decadent and luxurious, Ollie is stripping back the frills and serving a menu that focuses on the beauty of simplicity – with ingredients that enhance the already rich and sweet natural flavours of this meaty shellfish.
