Fusing contemporary arts, maritime heritage and spectacular beaches, Falmouth is home to some of the most popular visitor attractions and venues, and features a year-round calendar of events and festivals.

Offering four world-class beaches, keen swimmers and watersports fans visit the buzzing town of Falmouth throughout the year, whether it’s to take a gentle boat trip from the pier and quay, or to experience the thrill of gig rowing, diving or kayaking along its sheltered waters. Falmouth’s maritime history can be experienced at the award-winning National Maritime Museum which displays fascinating collections of boats and tells stories of the bold explorers who travelled in them, as well as offering an underwater observation window to the harbour.

Visitors can also explore Pendennis Castle, one of the most famous fortresses built by Henry VIII, and take in the breathtaking sea views as they explore the surrounding grounds.
