Talk: ‘Sea Swimming Top Tips & Tricks’

Join us online for a fascinating talk about sea swimming. In recent years, many people have taken to our chilly seas and fully immersed themselves in this popular sport. Samantha Jones manages parenthood, being a commercial boat crew member and is a serious sea swimmer! Having swam the English Channel twice in 2008 and 2014, Samantha definitely knows her stuff. Join us for this illustrated talk looking at her swims in Lake Windermere, the English Channel & Jersey to France. This talk will include safety advice & top tips for those eager to either start sea swimming, or those who have already taken the dive!
