About this event

Another Sunset Sessoon first with this amazing 8 piece band all the way from Mexico, recommended by the equally excellent Cabarats. This is super exciting, don't miss them.

Los Kamer from Ixtapaluca and Chalco in Mexico, have been playing together for 12 years. Like gypsies they are musical nomads whose sound has reached Europe, where they have toured four times since 2015 through Hungary, The Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Poland, France, Switzerland, the UK and many others.

In Mexico, Balkan Mex music has flourished. Its festive character, the culture and the tradition is the main reason why Los Kamer adopted this genre. However, they have found their own sound by combining Balkan Mex with Jazz, Swing, Western, Klezmer and Gypsy music.
