A holistic practice to balance body, heart and mind.

To join an online live streaming class, buy your class via the Paypal buttons below. You will be taken to Paypal to make payment, then I will automatically receive notification and send you a link for the class. Please book your place via Paypal by half an hour before the scheduled class time, so I have time to register you.

Instructions for Zoom

Please take the time to download the Zoom app on any device you may use for joining live classes. The basic Zoom app is free of charge and sufficient for you to participate in my online classes.*
Joining using mobile phones and iPads will take you straight into the class. People joining via a laptop will need to download the app and then click on the ‘open zoom.us’ when the screen launches.
I will open the class 15 mins before we start to give you time to ensure you are checked in and fully functioning!
Remember everyone will be able to see you! I highly recommend you have your video settings on so we can all connect as much as possib
