We have been singing from the heart in the heart of Cornwall since 1931! Our Gala Concert celebrates 95 years of fun and friendship

Mabe Ladies have been an intrinsic feature of the Cornish musical landscape since 1931.

We are a multi award winning mixed generation choir, renowned for our mellow tone and characterful and sensitive singing.

We take our singing very seriously but the hard work is balanced with fun, friendship and plenty of good chats!

Our Gala Concert celebrates 95 years of singing, with some of our members having been in the choir for over 50 years! Although you would never guess it.

Throughout the afternoon we will take you on a musical journey of Mabe Ladies songs and styles through the ages. As always with our concerts we will be showcasing some of the many talents of our choir members. It really is what makes Mabe Ladies concerts ones you won’t forget!

Before the show you will be met with a drinks reception (1:45-2:30) and after our performance (2:30-4:00) you are welcome to join us for afternoon tea (4:00 onwards).

Whilst you sip your drinks and scoff your scones you can take a look at pictures of Mabe Ladies through the years, getting a sense of the journey we have been on as a choir.
