On 18th June Polkerris Beach are hosting a free mini ocean vibes festival for men with introductions to Yoga, Sea Swimming and Paddleboarding, as well as pizzas from Sam’s on the Beach!

IS THIS FOR ME?
If you’re a man come along! No previous experience at all is necessary, but equally having experience is fine too! You might be curious, water-keen, want to upskill, optimise your wellbeing or meet like minded people. You’re welcome to come along to listen, take part in the activities, meet people or just get some vitamin sea!

The event will offer inspiration, guidance, and top tips for Yoga, Sea Swimming and Paddleboarding both on your own as well as with others. It’ll also touch on connecting with the ocean and optimizing your wellbeing.

It could be a great Father’s Day treat, the family can enjoy the beach whilst you have some good quality man time! If it’s helpful you’re also welcome to bring your children along to join in with the session.

WHAT TO BRING
Bring whatever swimwear you feel most comfortable in (shorts, wetsuit, t-shirt, rash vest), a towel, comfortable clothes.
Maybe some water and suncream.
