About this event
Marian Crole is a multicultural artist, her family comes from all over the world. Her life is made of improbable encounters, the art of working in a fast-food restaurant with a Chinese doctor and an Eritrean economist.
She describes herself as a nomad in the quest for connection. Marian Crole is a sparkling experiences and humanity that she translates into music to hold a space of freedom to feel.
Inevitably, she blends the differences of her origins in writing and singing in Spanish, French and English.
She grew up listening to Rio de la Plata’s samba, Soul music from the 60s, French songs and classical music.
The result of these influences translates into a kind of refreshing Soul music.
What people love about her music:
” A jazzy elegance, a simplicity that is only apparent, and a poetry magnified by a wide and dense voice. ”
” It’s a feeling of a cocoon of light… a light of hope and understanding. …like a cozy atmosphere of a Grand Palace as we see in the movies. ”
” Despite the fact that I cannot understand the language, your voice touches the heart. “
