Virtuostic Blues singer-songwriter pounds piano... 'Remarkyble'

Virtuosic Blues Man? Sensitive Singer Songwriter? Raucous Piano pounder? Just who is Marky Dawson? In a world too often concerned with pigeon holes, he is proud to be all three.

At 18, after moving from his hometown of Poole in Dorset to study at The London College of Music, he started working as a resident musician in bars and clubs. It’s here he developed his Boogie/Rock n Roll style piano playing along with his ability to interact with an audience. Taking requests and heckles whilst expanding his repertoire, tonight he will be mixing songs from his debut EP ‘First Takes’ and his upcoming album ‘Bad Idea’ along with seminal versions of piano classics,

Marky delivers the intimacy of a Jazz Club, the energy of a stadium performance, and the fun of the pub. Remarkyble.
