Join us for a powerful, playful, and immersive week-long retreat exploring mask-making, embodied character work, Qi Gong, vocal expression, and performance.
Guided by international artist & arts educator Elaine Foster-Gandey, renowned singing practitioner Emma Mansfield, and a Qi Gong teacher Angie Squires, this course offers a transformative blend of creativity, mythology, movement, and storytelling.
Daily Schedule (Monday – Thursday)
9:30 – 10:30 AM: Qi Gong (Morning movement and energy practice)
10:30 – 11:15 AM: Tea Break (Relax, reflect, connect)
11:15 AM – 1:00 PM: Mask Making Session (Creative exploration and crafting)
1:00 – 2:30 PM: Lunch (Nourishment and rest)
2:30 – 4:00 PM: Afternoon Mask Session (Development and practice)
4:00 – 4:30 PM: Afternoon Tea Break
4:30 – 5:30 PM: Singing (Voice work, resonance, group sound)
Evening: Own Time (Integration, journaling, rest, optional social time)

Elaine Foster-Gandey Art, 15 Queen St is wheelchair accessible in the studio and in the garden area. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair accessible toilet in this location, however there is a wheelchair accessible toilet at the Community Centre about 5 minutes walk from the location.
