Melange at Treyarnon

A FREE fundraising concert raising funds for 'No Child Left Behind'.

Join us on Saturday, 8th February for an unforgettable evening of live music with Melange!

The event is FREE to attend, will be held at Treyarnon Bay Youth Hostel, Padstow, PL28 8JR. Melange meld classic jazz with Latin and contemporary songs

With the rising number of children living in poverty and school budgets tightening, many children are missing out on residential trips; possibly it would be their only chance in a lifetime experience; a night away from home, under a dark sky. An experience that could change young people’s futures. Moments where young people believe in themselves for the first time, recognise their talents and develop the ambitions that will take them on a different path through life

Let’s make it happen. Every donation helps YHA give more children access to life-changing adventures, ensuring No Child is Left Behind.

The YHA has a tremendous network of Hostels throughout England and Wales and are perfect setting to provide a holiday of a lifetime to the most deserving children and young people. Their hostel at Treyarnon also provides a perfect fund raising platform for the appeal.

The Treyarnon Music Weekend is a demonstration that not only can people come together to enjoy a weekend of music and entertainment, they can also provide useful additional income for the Hostel, utilising what otherwise could be redundant out of season capacity.

You are welcome to join us on February 8th or by supporting us with various other fund raising projects planned throughout the year.

If successful it is hoped that the same model could be used for other Youth Hostels throughout the YHA network.
