Menopause Support Group to laugh, build resilience and get physically active.

Meeting at the Driftwood Spars, every 2nd Thursday of the month at 7pm.
The purpose of the support group is to offer mutual support, share experiences and talk about different ways of managing the menopause. A chance to laugh, build resilience and get physically active, as well as share the odd glass of wine.
