Dance Centred would like to invite you to a fabulous evening of contemporary dance to celebrate the peak of summer. This rich mix of dance, live music and performance is suitable for all ages and experience of dance. The performance will be at Sterts, an outdoor undercover theatre on Bodmin Moor, a special venue for a special evening!
Dance Centred will performing their new work, “Crescendo” by Lois Taylor, a response to the buzz from earth to sky of midsummer which spins and spirals across the stage, plus the colourful and cheeky “Curious Creatures” which will fill you with joy!
Guest artists include Gocha Maria Mendible with Pléyades… Pleiades, inspired by the indigenous Latin America culture of summer solstice. And Sapphire Sumpter with Song of the Golden Dragon – a moment of breaking free from our old selves and shedding our winter skin.
