A special gong bath at Trebah amphitheatre

Cassandra, of Greenlight Gongs, warmly welcomes you to a special outdoor Gong Bath in the beautiful amphitheatre at Trebah . Nestled amongst the trees, birdsong and the tranquil atmosphere of the garden, this session invites you to lie back, relax and fully immerse yourself in sound and nature.

As the day settles and the early evening light cascades through the canopy, the deep tones of the gongs and Tibetan bowls offer a calming soundscape, designed to help the body unwind and the mind slow down. It’s a simple but powerful way to reset; an experience that is both grounding and magical in such a unique and enchanting setting.
