A talk by Redruth & Chasewater Railway expert Eric Rabjohn to mark the 200th anniversary of the official opening of the Redruth & Chasewater Mineral Railway.
This is an illustrated talk covering all the events during the day on the railway, from Devoran on the route to Buller, Redruth and back.

Entrance has a ramp. Venue is level without steps. Toilets are in the foyer including an accessible toilet. There is one dedicated disabled parking bay. Please contact [email protected], in advance, if you need to use it. Parking is limited at the village hall. If parking in the village, please consider emergency vehicle access and local residents. Please car share, cycle (cycle racks provided) or use public transport if possible. The 32/32A bus service between Truro and Falmouth stops in the bus slip approximately 7 mins walk from the Hall. Please double park in car park where possible. You are welcome to bring your own cushion for extra comfort. Please do not leave empty seats in the rows. Fill a gap and make friends.
