Robin of the Koji Kitchenis one of the few koji producers here in the UK lovingly making small batches and teaching people about the world of koji and miso.
He will be coming to Cornwall for this exclusive Miso Masterclass in collaboration with Cornwall’s very own Delea Fermented Foods.
During the session you will learn how to make your own miso, the ins and outs of koji making and get to taste some seriously unique and fab ferments.
