About this event

Hand built ceramics.

I handbuild ceramics from my small studio at home in Pendeen. I use earthenware clay and bright glazes to produce small to larger colourful, pieces. I like my work to be both functional and decorative. I started my career in illustration and I think this reflects in my work in a loose form.

I spend a lot of time outside either rowing and on the sea to walking off the beaten track, I try to draw on this in simple ways, sometimes just through colour or by simplifying my observations onto the surface of the piece.

On road parking or use free public car park a few yards down the road where public toilets are also available.

Directions

Head through the village of Pendeen you will see a track between The Radjel and the Spar shop on the opposite side of the road. Park on the road and walk a few yards up the track. I am the first cottage on the left.
