Uplifting 5 mile walk in memory of a loved one

The ceremony gives walkers an opportunity to reflect, remember and celebrate the lives of loved ones with readings, music and a touching display of lit memory candles.
By taking part and fundraising in memory of your loved one, you’ll be supporting the families who use our hospices, helping them to create their own precious memories that will last a lifetime.
