More than a mama!

This weekly creative gathering will celebrate your identity as a person, not just a mother. Young babies (not yet crawling) are invited to join mamas in this safe space, but this is not a baby sensory class – it is all about you!

Each week we will sit around a table together and work on a new collage theme to get your creative cogs whirring. All materials are provided. There is no pressure to ‘finish’ the work to any particular standard, as we know that sometimes Baby may have other ideas! It’s simply about the joy of artmaking, alongside others who are in the same life chapter and understand how it feels to be running on fumes.

This is a breastfeeding-friendly space with low foot traffic at this time of day. There will be two comfortable chairs available for breastfeeding. Babies can either join mama at the table while nestled in a sling, or enjoy a bit of playtime on the floor in a bouncer (please bring your own equipment as required!)… While you’re here, why not treat yourself to a well-earned hot drink or slice of cake from the cafe.

And… if you’re having ‘one of those days’ and can’t face making anything at all… do still come, even if it’s just to be among other human beings! No worries if you’re running late, we’ll still be glad to see you. 🙂
