About this event
Welcome to Mousehole Craft Fair, family and dog friendly, with step free access.
Just 100 yards from the historic harbour, wander up the quaint flower lined Duck Street to find our craft fair, housed in the newly refurbished Solomon Browne Hall.
Take a moment to sit and watch the world go by outside, before discovering all the goodies inside. For yourself enjoy sampling handmade body scrubs made using Cornish Sea Salt, learn the story behind crafted natural soaps, or select a special piece of jewellery focusing on gold and gemstones, or a quirky one of a kind silver item.
For the home, feel the texture of hand thrown pottery cups and bowls, or the incredible effect of raku pottery fish. Let the scents of home fragrances inspired by Cornwall remind you of your holiday. Watch lino art being created in front of you, or how strands of wool and vintage fabrics come together to capture the Cornish landscape, enjoy choosing a special piece to take home.
Looking for a gift, then we can recommend a jigsaw or calendar created by our two talented photographers. Or a handcrafted wooden pizza cutter for the foodie in your life! Find out about having a special replica miniature wooden house made, (perfect as a house warming gift).
Not forgetting our favourite four legged visitors who are always welcome…find award winning dog treats and accessories, made with exclusive fabric designs. Pooches can expect plenty of fuss and fresh drinking water. For families, we have hand sewn children’s clothing, makers who are always happy to interact with younger family members, and nappy changing facilities.
This is just a taste of what we have available, there is so much more to see and each week we have different guest makers.
We really value the chance to meet you and share our passion for what we make. We love our fair, and what we want you to find is a great atmosphere, fantastic crafts, with plenty of smiles and laughter, music to hum along to (or sing, we don’t judge).
