Weekly dance sessions for women affected by cancer providing fun, gentle, inclusive and creative ways to re-connect with your body and re-discover joy in moving.
Join at any time, come along when you can.
Sessions led by Dance Centred CIC’s professional Dance Practitioners.
Expect to move, chat, relax, meditate and make beautiful dances! Move creatively and share space with others who understand.
Open to women at any stage of their cancer journey.
