About this event

Brahms Quintet for Clarinet and Strings - performance and presentation.

An evening to really get to know this wonderful piece for clarinet and string quartet. The first half of the concert will be an entertaining and informative presentation about the background to the piece, how it all fits together, the performance challenges, etc., illustrated by the players. There will be a glass of wine in the interval followed by a complete performance of the piece in the second half.

Details

Parking is approx 25 yards from the venue. There are two steps down into the venue. There is a wheelchair route which avoids the steps but there is a still a lip to get over.
