About this event

Join us online with our Live Stream timetable via Zoom! Class bookings are taken through our Oceanflow Yoga app or website as normal and you will receive an email link to join the class 10-15mins before it begins so give yourself time to settle in and get ready. Special live stream credit packs & payg are available online. Please ring us if you have any problems on 07740649779.

Online sessions will be mirroring our regular Vinyasa studio classes so please check on our online timetable for the schedule and class descriptions for information on each class type!
