Free drop in event with zine workshop

The Hypatia Trust is opening up its doors with tours, free art workshops and activities.
Thanks to funding from #CelebrateNationalLottery25 we’re inviting everyone to come and find out what we’re doing to preserve and document and promote women’s lives in Cornwall and join in free zine workshops with Camilla Stacey.

2-3pm find out what ‘zines’ are! Introduction to Zines with Camilla Stacey
3-5pm drop-in Zine workshop. Make your own zine using material from the Hypatia archive or bring any images of text you would like to use; make a simple one page zine to take away, copy or share.

There will also be tours with our lead archivist Maggi Livingstone or one of our amazing volunteer team. Meet some the fascinating women who exist in our archives or just relax with a cup of tea and a biscuit.
