Visit the gallery where you’ll be able to view some new original artwork by Susan released especially for Open Studios including a new statement piece titled ‘SERENDIPITY’ (£4,500). You’ll also be able to purchase the latest copy of her autobiography ‘BLUE YONDER and BEYOND’
Susan’s work has appeared in ‘TATLER’, ‘WORLD OF INTERIORS’ and ‘LONDON LIFE MAGAZINES’ and is held in private collections in the UK and worldwide.
Susan is a leading UK contemporary pressed flower and mixed media artist. A former lawyer, Susan suffered a head injury following meningitis. It is her belief that the epilepsy which followed, was the catalyst for her artwork as you see it today. Her natural, uncontrived raw style is original and unique. Susan’s work is inspired by Cornwall. Her original artworks mesmerise the viewer with their impact, flow and sense of depth leaving a lasting impression. Combining flora from her Cornish garden and windswept local seaweed, Susan’s designs are presented on luxurious silks and satins with lightcatching mixed media including precious stones, diamonds, pearls and vintage threads. Gallery standard framing with protective UV glass. Prices range from £15 to £450 for framed prints and for originals £125 to £6,500. Delivery available.
